Using our on-line scheduler is simple. If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see that each class has a "sign-up" button. Simply click on the sign-up button and you will be directed on how to get in your fist class.
Our Classes are:
Kick-Boxing- Offered Mon and Wed at 7-8:30 PM. This is Muay Thai Kickboxing. The instructors a Marine, and a black belt. The class can be rigourous so you should bring a bottle of water with you (even though we do provide water) and if you have a jump-rope, you should bring that. (Even though we do provide you with one)
YOGA- HATHA (BEGINNERS, INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED)
PILATES- is offerred at 9am on Friday, 10am Saturday, and 11am Sunday. Taught bk Krista, Pilates is very popular and Krista is a very careful and experienced instructor. Taking care to focus on the smaller muscle groups that "time" may have forgot, Krista's Pilates is a great Pilates class.
