Over 40's fitness

  -CXT is good for over 40′s fitness

Age over 30 and your body starts to slow down and so does your metabolism. Women especially have it tough. Womens metabolic rate goes down by as much as 25% by age 30, then it's 5% loss almost every year until you hit 40. Then it REALLY gets bad. The only real way to get ahead of the curve is to keep your body on a steady "thermogenic" diet of fitness and constant movement.  The good news here  is that by the time most  people hit 40 they have let themselves go so much that if you just keep yourself in shape a little bit you will be far ahead of the curve. The CXT program uses more natural human machines and techniques to get you into your dream shape. Kettle bell work is one avenue that we employ. Kettle bells for all intents and purposes are odd shaped cannon balls with a handle on them. We use kettle-bell steadily in the CXT program, but only with focused direction. You use these techniques incorrectly and you will severally screw up your back. Again, taken as a part of an educated work-out pattern Kettle bells will get you abs like a NFL ballplayer. But you need to know how, and in CXT we teach it to you.

 




Over 50's fitness

  -CXT- is good for over 50′s fitness

When you are over 50,  you need to keep your body activated and your metabolism as  responsive as humanly possible. Your joints and tendons need to be flexible. We take over 50's fitness seriously and so should you. We focus on the areas that are the weakest and work on them. This is what makes the CXT program different. We just don't beat you down, we build you up, step by step.
